How FolioGuard™ Security Deposit Alternative Works

After a tenant is approved for occupancy, they have the option of paying a cash deposit or using Obligo. Tenants who want to sign up for the service can do so within their tenant portal and be approved within minutes.

1. Tenant completes the qualification process in their online portal.
2. Qualified tenants can choose whether to pay a cash deposit by exiting out of the Obligo service option or keep the money in pocket by signing up for this alternative service.

Once inside your portal, eligible tenants will see Obligo’s sign up flow.

If a tenant would prefer to pay a cash deposit, they may exit the Obligo sign-up flow by clicking the "X".
